Residential Lease Contract

This Contract for Residential Lease specifies the general terms and conditions for the residential lease in Vietnam between the landlords and tenants (the parties could be foreign and domestic ones). This version is developed based on the template of the residential lease contract provided in conjunction with Decree 02/2022/ND-CP of the Government issued on 6 January 2022 as Form No. 05 of its Appendix, which is mandatorily applied for leases of houses or construction works. Office Premises Lease Contract

Land Lease Contract (from the State Agency)

This Land Lease Contract is made between competent authorities of Vietnam with permitted land users on lease of land with annual rental payment or one-off rental payment for the entire lease period, and, except for the parts “Other rights and obligations” and “Other commitments” which are open for further adjustments and developments by the Parties subject to particular contexts/transactions and decision of competent authorities, the contract is mandatorily made in accordance with the standard form No. 04 for land lease contract attached to Circular No. 30/2014/TT-BTNMT dated 02 June 2014 by the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment (amended by Circular No. 11/2022/TT-BTNMT 20 October 2022 by the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment. The lessee can be individuals, legal entities, households, etc.
