Description: This agreement can be used if the owner (or “licensor”) of one or more trademarks wishes to grant the right to a third party (or “licensee”) to manufacture certain branded products. It assumes that the licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Other points addressed in the agreement include duration, payment of royalties, adherence to quality standards, intellectual property rights, termination and liability.
