Effective from this coming July 1, 2023, the long-awaited Decree on Personal Data Protection (“DPDP”) No. 13/2023/ND-CP dated April 17, 2023 sets out clear and strict regulations on personal data protection that will heavily affect the current practice of domestic and foreign individuals/entities concerning the processing of personal data.
