Cambodia Competition Commission has been appointed

The Sub-Decree appointing the Cambodia Competition Commission was issued on 14 July 2022 and is effective as of that date.

The following have been appointed to the Commission to perform the roles and responsibilities stipulated in the Law on Competition and the Sub-Decree on the Organization and Functioning of the Competition Committee of Cambodia:

It is expected that the Cambodia Competition Commission will meet quickly as there are a number of decisions that must be issued in order to implement the Law on Competition.
