DRAFT DECREE IMPLEMENTING THE LABOUR CODE ON RESOLUTION OF LABOUR DISPUTES

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated 19 June 2015;

Pursuant to the Labour Code dated 20 November 2019;

On the proposal of the Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs ["Minister of Labour"];

The Government hereby issues this Decree implementing a number of articles of the Labour Code on resolution of labour disputes.

CHAPTER 1

General Provisions

Article 1 Governing scope

This Decree provides detailed regulations on:

1 The criteria, sequence and procedures for appointing labour conciliators, the operational regime and conditions for conciliators, and management of labour conciliators; and the authority, sequence and procedures for appointing labour conciliators as prescribed in article 184.2 of the Labour Code.

2 The criteria, conditions, sequence and procedures for appointing and dismissing labour arbitrators, the operational regime and conditions for labour arbitrators and labour arbitration councils, and organization and operation of labour arbitration councils; and on establishment and operation of labour arbitration tribunals as prescribed in article 185.6 of the Labour Code.

3 Staying or suspending strikes and on resolving the interests of employees as prescribed in article 210.2 of the Labour Code.
