DECREE

REGULATING COMPULSORY SOCIAL INSURANCE PREMIUM RATE
PAYABLE TO THE INSURANCE FUND FOR LABOUR ACCIDENTS AND OCCUPATIONAL DISEASE

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated 19 June 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Labour [Occupational] Safety and Hygiene dated 25 June 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Social Insurance dated 20 November 2014;

On the proposal of the Minister of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs ["Minister of Labour"];

The Government hereby issues this Decree regulating the compulsory social insurance premium rate payable to the Insurance Fund for Labour Accidents and Occupational Disease.

CHAPTER 1

General Provisions

Article 1 Governing scope

This Decree regulates the compulsory social insurance premium rate payable to the Insurance Fund for Labour Accidents and

Occupational Disease ["the Fund"].1

Article 2 Applicable entities
1 Employers defined in article 2.3 of the Law on Social Insurance.
2 Other agencies, organizations and individuals involved in payment of social insurance premiums to the Fund.
