CIRCULAR REGULATING THE LIST OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS CAPABLE OF CAUSING A LOSS OF SAFETY UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNCIATIONS

Pursuant to the Law on Quality of Products and Goods dated 21 November 2007;

Pursuant to the Law on Telecommunications dated 23 November 2009;

Pursuant to the Law on Radio Frequencies dated 23 November 2009;

Pursuant to the Law on Information Technology dated 29 June 2006;

Pursuant to Decree 132/2008/ND-CP of the Government dated 31 December 2008 with detailed regulations for implementation on the Law on Quality of Products and Goods as amended by Decree 74/2018/ND-CP dated 15 May 2018;

Pursuant to Decree 17/2017/ND-CP of the Government dated 17 February 2017 regulating the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications [MIC]1;

On the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department;

The Ministry of Information and Communications [MIC] hereby issues this Circular regulating the List of products and goods capable of causing a loss of safety under the Ministry's management.

Article 1 Governing scope

1. This Circular regulates the List of products and goods capable of causing a loss of safety under the management of MIC (hereinafter abbreviated as the List) and the principles for managing Group 2 products and goods.

2. This Circular only applies to products and goods described as Group 2 products and goods in the List.
