DECREE on Implementation of the Labour Code on Escrow Deposit, and
Conditions, Sequence and Procedures for Issuance, Reissuance, Extension and Withdrawal of a Labour Outsourcing Licence and the List of Jobs for which Labour may be Outsourced

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated 19 June 2015;

Pursuant to the Labour Code dated 20 November 2019;

Pursuant to the Law on Investment dated 26 November 2014;

Pursuant to the Law on Enterprises dated 26 November 2014;

On the proposal of the Minister of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs [Minister of Labour]1;

The Government hereby issues this Decree on Implementation of the Labour Code on escrow deposit, and conditions, sequence and procedures for issuance, reissuance, extension and withdrawal of a labour outsourcing licence and the list of jobs for which labour may be outsourced

CHAPTER 1

General Provisions

Article 1 Governing scope

This Decree provides detailed regulations and guidelines on implementation of Article 54.2 of the Labour Code on escrow deposit of a labour outsourcing enterprise; on the conditions, sequence and procedures for issuance, reissuance, extension and withdrawal of a licence for a labour outsourcing operation (hereinafter abbreviated as licence) and on the list of jobs for which labour may be outsourced.
