On 22/02/2017, the Chairman of the SSC also signed the Decision No. 151 / QD-UBCK on the implementation of Circular No. 272/2016 / TT-BTC dated 14/11/2016 of the Minister of Finance. Ngày 22/02/2017, Chủ tịch UBCKNN cũng đã ký ban hành Quyết định số 151/QĐ-UBCK về việc thực hiện Thông tư số 272/2016/TT-BTC ngày 14/11/2016 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính quy định mức thu, chế độ thu, nộp, quản lý và sử dụng phí, lệ phí trong lĩnh vực chứng khoán. Quyết định này thay thế Quyết định số 714/QĐ-UBCK ngày 22/9/2014 về việc hướng dẫn thực hiện Thông tư số 67/2014/TT-BTC ngày 21/5/2014 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính quy định mức thu, chế độ thu, nộp, quản lý và sử dụng phí, lệ phí trong lĩnh vực chứng khoán áp dụng tại Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước.
